Project Overview

Working with Ambit Moat, we delivered a Cat A fit-out for 163-203 Eversholt Street, transforming the former Euston Station Ticket Hall into a modern, flexible office space. This 1830s Grade II listed building required a delicate balance of preserving its historic character while meeting the needs of contemporary tenants.

The fit-out focused on delivering a flexible, functional workspace that meets the demands of today’s workforce. We worked across three buildings, each with its own character, while ensuring a seamless user experience throughout the space.

Key Deliverables

  • Specialist Fit-Out Services: Delivered expert ceilings, partitions, doors, glazing, and acoustic solutions to match the building’s high standards.
  • Sustainable Design Elements: We installed acoustic wall panels in Zoom Rooms made from recycled PET plastic, reducing environmental impact while enhancing sound quality, along with other eco-conscious features to align with environmental goals.
  • Heritage-Inspired Finishes:We replicated original wooden panelling and incorporated materials reflecting the 1830s heritage to align with the building’s historical charm.
