Project Overview

Working with Modus, we helped deliver a Cat B serviced office fit-out across nine floors at Henry Wood House, in the heart of London’s West End. Modus’ goal for this project was to create a calming, diverse environment for Fora, a leading provider of flexible office spaces.

As a sub-contractor, we were responsible for the specialist fit-out services, including ceilings, partitions, doors, glazing, and bespoke joinery. Our work played a key role in bringing Fora’s vision to life, combining high-quality craftsmanship with thoughtful, functional design.
