Project Overview

Working with EAS Interiors, we undertook a comprehensive fire door survey, repair, and replacement project at Hill House. The primary objective was to ensure that all fire doors were fully compliant with current safety regulations while minimising disruption to the building’s occupants.

Key Deliverables

  • Fire Door Surveys: Comprehensive inspections to assess compliance with current fire safety standards.
  • Remedial Repairs: Performed adjustments and repairs to bring existing doors up to compliance where feasible.
  • Door Replacements: Installed new fire-rated doors where repairs were insufficient.

  • Out-of-Hours Work: We conducted the majority of work out-of-hours to minimise disruption in occupied areas.
