Project Overview

We were appointed by Modus to help them deliver an innovative office environment for leading financial services firm, Numis. The office fit-out needed to align with the building’s BREEAM Excellent and EPC B ratings.

Andhouse helped transform Numis’ headquarters into an award winning vibrant, future-ready workspace. Early-stage collaboration with Modus not only improved performance but also delivered cost and time savings.

Key Deliverables

  • Innovative Architectural Features: We delivered high-performance ceilings, partitions, doors, and glazing solutions that enhanced both form and function across the space.
  • Acoustic Solutions: Working to a particularly challenging design, with angles and services above, we installed advanced acoustic treatments to a 125-person auditorium to ensure optimal sound quality and speech intelligibility.
  • Sustainable Focus:Collaborating with Modus and the client’s team early in the process, helped to optimise product selection, reduce waste and achieve the fit-outs environmental targets.
