Project Overview

We were appointed by AIS to deliver the final technical design and specialist installation packages for Revolut’s new global headquarters in Canary Wharf. The project demanded rapid mobilisation, meticulous coordination, and a technical approach capable of supporting a highly complex architectural vision.
Our scope included all drylined and glazed partitions, fire protection to mezzanine steelwork, MF and mesh ceilings, and full fire-stopping packages.

Key Deliverables

  • Challenging Architectural Features: Andhouse engineered complex structural solutions to support Revolut’s extensive LED Experience Space and re-designed partition deflection strategies within double-height areas to accommodate continuous recessed lighting without compromising the aesthetic. The team also delivered sweeping curved partitions and acute angles with exceptional precision, resulting in a visually striking and flawlessly executed architectural finish.

  • Acoustic Performance Enhancements: To overcome the acoustic vulnerabilities created by exposed deflection heads and dense service zones, Andhouse implemented enhanced detailing, including Rockwool-filled rib decks, Glasroc reinforcement, and specialist ablative batt solutions. These measures significantly improved performance, and acoustic testing confirmed results that exceeded predicted drop-off levels, delivering a quieter, better-performing workspace for the client.

  • Sustainability Improvements: By manufacturing studs to exact lengths, adopting a kit-of-parts approach, and repurposing off-cuts for site protection, Andhouse substantially reduced on-site waste while prioritising locally sourced suppliers to cut transport impact. These proactive measures supported AIS’s sustainability objectives and contributed to a more efficient, lower-waste project delivery.
