Project Overview

Working with Two, we delivered a Cat B serviced office fit-out for Work.Life at The Typewriter Building, 140 Borough High Street. This project transformed the 1956-built property, which was originally home to a typewriter manufacturer, into Work. Life’s largest co-working space to date.

We provided expert fit-out services, including ceilings, partitions, doors, glazing, and acoustics, helping to seamlessly blend heritage with contemporary functionality.

Key Deliverables

  • Working with Two: Worked closely with the project team to maintain design integrity and project vision.
  • Historic Preservation and Modern Design: Balanced the preservation of mid-century architectural features with modern amenities and materials.
  • Sustainable Focus:Collaborating with Modus and the client’s team early in the process, helped to optimise product selection, reduce waste and achieve the fit-outs environmental targets.
