Role and Responsibilities

As Contracts Manager, Sean’s role is diverse, ranging from generating new business and securing projects at pre-contract and tender stages to overseeing major projects from design through to completion. He also manages commercial accounts and supports project managers, giving them the confidence to excel in their roles.

Experience & Expertise

With over 25 years of experience in the fit-out industry, Sean brings a wealth of expertise and practical knowledge to every project. Starting his career on the tools and working alongside some of the industry’s best, he developed a comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle. Sean is known for his ability to lead with a calm and steady hand, even on the most challenging projects.

Career Highlights

One of Sean’s proudest achievements was co-leading a team of 120 to successfully deliver Facebook’s headquarters in King’s Cross. Completing the project on time and within budget on such a large scale remains a defining moment in his career.

Goals, Interests & Hobbies

Sean’s professional goal is to contribute to Andhouse’s continued success. He’s also passionate about helping others along the way and making a positive impact through his work.

When he’s not working, Sean enjoys spending time with family and friends. His ideal downtime includes watching hurling, football, and boxing. BBQs and Sunday roasts at home with his loved ones are his happy place.
